Shake It, Then Bake It!
- 1 Melba Toast
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp milk
Place all ingredients in food processor and grind to a powder. Use milk to moisten chicken, cover with seasoning and bake until cooked through.
Seafood Seasoning
- 2 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
Mix all ingredients ad store in an airtight container.
Going Greek
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh crushed black pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor and grind to a powder.
Caribbean Rub
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ancho chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
